• Support the rapid installation and configuration of the RealZips app and market data.
  
• Minimum package required for new RealZips clients, with up to 50 Users.

Project management tools

• Basecamp.
• Google Docs.
• ZOOM video meetings.

Engagement scope

• Block of up to 12 hours.
• Project length: 30 days from initial meeting. Unused hours will expire.
• Purchase additional blocks as needed.
• Mutual NDA provided upon request.
• Requires 'Grant Access' to RealScenario Support in your Salesforce ORG.
  
  

Deliverables

• Deployment of the core RealZips app.
• Knowledge transfer sessions for Salesforce Admin (train the trainer).
